Street Style: A Spring Outfit That’s Up For Anything

I met Elly Issacson, a student and Moorhead resident, at Forever 21 on one of those frustrating spring afternoons where it can be beautiful or freezing outside — and usually within the same hour.

Elly splits the difference with an outfit that’s up for anything.

Her long sleeves and scarf are cozy enough for cool mornings (and obnoxious mall air conditioning) and the skater skirt is comfortable when the sun peeks out. And I love how the undone boots keep everything from getting too precious.

I also like how Elly used so many different textures in this outfit, from the soft scarf to the bit of swingy fringe on the bag.

Get Elly’s Look:
Shirt: Ragstock
Skirt: Herberger’s
Boots: Borrowed from a friend
Scarf: Forever 21
Purse: JCPenney
Necklace: Borrowed from her mom — Elly thinks it’s from Lia Sophia
